The short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only personal data we process through it is what you choose to send us by email.

2. What this Site does not collect

We have deliberately kept this Site simple:

• No cookies. The Site sets no first-party cookies and embeds no third-party cookie-setting services.
• No analytics or tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any comparable measurement or advertising technology on this Site.
• No accounts or forms. The Site has no login, registration, or data-entry forms.

3. What we do process

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive the personal data you include — typically your name, email address, and whatever you write about your business. We use it to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain our business records. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and to comply with legal obligations.

Technical server logs

Our hosting infrastructure (provided by Vercel Inc.) automatically processes standard technical data needed to deliver web pages — such as IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser type — for security and operational purposes. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data needed to deliver the font files.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process correspondence under our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the correspondence is aimed at a contract, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Personal data is disclosed only to service providers that host our website and email infrastructure, professional advisers where necessary, and public authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

We are a United States company, and correspondence sent to us is processed in the United States. Where data of individuals in the EU, UK, or Switzerland is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our service providers.
